LTC (R) Owens will discuss how True Velocity's cutting edge composite bullet technology is helping to evolve manufacturing technology for our warfighters, including America's special operations community. Discussions will highlight policy evolutions and perspectives shifting among the chain of command for DoD to successfully modernize ammunition production using a smaller lighter footprint as opposed to traditional solutions requiring a large industrial operation.
