CMSgt Ian Eishen is the principle advisor to the commander on matters concerning readiness, training, education, and resiliency of the wing's 11,000 military, civilian, contractor personnel and their families on the second largest base in the U.S. Air Force. He also represents the enlisted force at a multitude of meetings, committees, boards and steering councils supporting the wing's personnel across 57 organizations in developmental test and evaluation to advance multiple Department of Defense programs valued at $24 billion dollars. These test/programs include: F-35, KC-46, F-22, F-16, B-1, B-2, B-21, B-52, C-17, C-130, KC-135, Global Hawk, joint remotely piloted aircraft and various other emerging technologies.
