About this speaker

Technical Sergeant Daniel Hulter is an Active-Duty Air Force NCO with extensive personal and professional involvement in Air Force and Defense innovation. He currently serves as the Hawaii lead for the non-profit Defense Entrepreneurs Forum.

He recently began work as a unit technical director after serving as Non-commissioned Officer in Charge of the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Wing's innovation office.

Daniel has written several articles on the subject of innovation with published works in The Strategy Bridge and the Air Force professional journal Over the Horizon. His most recent article addressed the cultural underpinnings of the Air Force suicide crisis. He recently gave a talk on defense innovation at TEDx HickamAFB.
